"YET IT WORKS!!!"

I’ve had migraines and neck issues for at least 15 years. I’ve been seeing Dr. Elder for about 3 weeks and have only had 1 mild migraine (from travel and hotel bed) & only 1 headache. I LOVE that he doesn’t pop my neck!

My day-to-day functionality has improved! The Blair technique is so unique and mild that it doesn’t even seem like chiropractic care…Yet IT WORKS!!!

As a side-note, my jaw has bothered me and felt “heavy“ for as long back as I can remember. When I mentioned it to Dr. Elder, he did a smooth, swift motion… not a popping… and it has felt wonderful!

"I Am Not Completely Off Pain Medication"

I can not say enough great things about Blair Chiropractic Clinic, Dr. Cobb, and the entire staff! I searched for years for a chiropractor that can help manage my pain and stop further surgeries after I had a 2-tier neck fusion of my c-5/6 and c-6/7. I also wanted to get off pain meds and manage my insomnia.

I am happy to report that I am now completely off pain medication, getting better sleep, and most importantly, I'm holding alignment for 2-3 months at a time!!!!

"I RARELY EVER HAVE A HEADACHE"

I had terrible headaches for many years and had tried medicines, different doctors and chiropractors, injections and even ablation on nerves in my neck.

Most procedures actually made the pain worse. Medicine helped temporarily but it took several days to get over the “medication hangover”. I was skeptical when my doctor recommended Dr. Elder at Blair Chiropractic Clinic because I had tried several chiropractors and it had not helped.

I started seeing Dr. Elder twice a week. It did not improve quickly but within a month my headaches were better. I have now been a patient for a year and a half and I rarely ever have a headache. I used to have 2-3 bad headaches a week and I haven’t had one in over a month.

"OVERALL FEEL SO MUCH BETTER"

Last August I had gone on a road trip and came home with terrible neck and shoulder pain. I wasn't even sure what triggered it. I waited several days for it to ease up and it never did. My right arm was even starting to feel tingly and numb. I could barely turn my head to the side without feeling intense pain.

My sister referred me to Dr. Elder and what a difference he has made! After taking an x-ray, he found 5 different places where I was out of alignment. He explained so thoroughly and in a way I could understand what was going on with my body. He adjusted my neck and jaw and I barely felt anything!

After the initial adjustment, I gradually began to feel better. He would check me about twice a week for the first month to make sure I didn't get out of alignment. Eventually, I went down to once every week, then 2 weeks, to once a month and recently I have graduated to once every two months!

Each check up only takes about 5 minutes. He's only needed to make one other adjustment since the first one. I've had less headaches and overall feel so much better. Dr. Elder is amazing and you can tell he really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone! - REBEKAH

"HAPPY FEET!!!"

HAPPY FEET!!! I have had pain and aching in my feet that has been progressively getting worse over the last 6months. I was having trouble getting to sleep at the end of the day due to continual aching in my feet.

I was blaming myself thinking it's just because I have gained weight or I'm getting older etc. etc. When I went in for my 6 month check up with Dr. Elder, I happened to mention the pain in my feet, not even thinking there was anything he could do.

He informed me that one of my arches in my feet had collapsed causing the others to collapse as well. He spent several minutes adjusting the bones in my feet. Over the next couple of days the pain completely subsided! It has not come back. I went in for a re-check a week later and everything is still in place.

I love the Blair method of chiropractic because I never have to get "cracked"! The adjustments hold for the long haul and Dr. Elder's goal is the see less and less of me over time because I DON'T need an adjustment. If you have to go to your chiropractor over and over to get "cracked" on a monthly basis or more, you are not being cared for properly.

I have suffered from Ménière’s disease for many years now. My dizzy (vertigo), episodes, what I call them, have been so bad that I have lost my hearing on my right side. Now my left ear is starting to lose hearing as well....Dr. Elder has helped me so much.

Since seeing him I have not experienced any episode’s. My head used to feel so heavy where it just bothered me so much, all that is gone. My hearing is non repairable but what I do have has remained in tact and has not diminished. Dr. Elder has drastically improved my quality of life and my only regret is not finding him sooner.

"I waited 40 years to be pain free"

I hurt my back and neck in an oilfield accident some 40 years ago. I lived with the pain, suffered through the opioids and muscle relaxers until I switched over to natural remedies...

I waited 40 years to be pain free and it's glorious! Learning how to live and walk pain free is something I wasn't sure would ever happen again. Thank you, Dr. Elder and your incredible staff for giving me my life back!!
